Attachments

Auto-Reply

Rules

Send Later
Option to schedule emails to be sent at a future date and time.
Shared Inbox

Sidebar
Customizable primary navigation panel that includes mailboxes, pinned items, labels and more. Allowing users to quickly access and organize their communications.
Signature Management
Tool to create and manage custom email signatures, which can include formatted text, images, and links.
Snooze
Function to temporarily remove a conversation from the inbox and have it return at a specified later time, managing workflow and focus.
Spam
Unwanted or unsolicited email messages that are typically sent in bulk and may contain advertising, phishing attempts, or other irrelevant content.
Starred Conversations
Feature to highlight conversations as important, making them quickly accessible and visible in a dedicated section.
Status
Indicates the current availability or activity level of a user, such as Having lunch, Away, Busy, etc.
Swipe Gestures
Touchscreen interactions for quick management of emails and conversations, such as swiping to archive, delete, or snooze.

Tasks
Action items or to-dos created within conversations, which can be assigned to team members and tracked to completion.
Two-Factor Authentication
A security feature requiring two forms of identification to log in, greatly increasing account security.

Undo Send
Allows a user to retract an email shortly after sending, correcting mistakes or unintended sends.
User Permissions
Specified access rights and restrictions assigned to users, determining what actions they can perform within Missive.
User Roles
Predefined roles within Missive that dictate the scope of actions a user can perform, such as Owner, Admin or Basic Member.
