In order for Gmail to use the aliases you set on Missive, you will also need to set them on Gmail. Adding an alias only on Missive isn’t enough for Gmail to validate that you can indeed use that address and that you’re not using an address from a domain that you don’t own.
Without setting them up on Gmail as well, recipients will see and reply to the default email account address.
