Custom channels
Custom channels allow you to integrate Missive with any communication channels or message sources. You can create incoming messages and optionally reply to messages directly from Missive.
The possibilities are endless: a live chat software, an SMS provider, your custom ticketing system, etc. Custom channels allow you and your team to build on top of Missive.
Integrating a custom channel requires basic programming skills. You can learn more in this step by step guide.
Please note that our rule engine does not support custom channels at the moment.
