Can delegated users customize their name and signature on a shared account?
Yes. It’s possible for delegated users to customize their name and signature when sending from a shared account.
- Open your Accounts settings.
- Select the shared email account.
- Select the Aliases tab.
- Click Edit next to the desired alias.
- Edit the name in the Alias.
- Select the Signatures tab.
- Change the signature clicking the Select signature button.
