How to delete only one individual email from a conversation?
To delete a single email from a thread, follow those steps:
- Move the email to a new conversation.
- Select this new conversation.
- Trash the conversation by clicking the trash icon.
- Go to the trash mailbox, select the conversation and click the (x) icon to delete it forever. This last step will only delete the email on the email server if the action is performed by the account owner.
