If I delete an email, is it deleted for everyone?
A delegated user cannot delete a conversation forever; if they do, they delete their access from the conversation. The other members of a Team inbox retain access to the conversation in Trash.
If the email account owner deletes forever, then yes, the email is deleted for everyone.
