How can I transfer an email account ownership to another user in my organization?
Missive will handle your email account ownership transition without a problem, but it’s important to do things in the right order to ensure no data loss and no interruption to your workflow.
Keep the current email account(s) connected to Missive.
Ask the new owner to connect the same email accounts to Missive and set them with the same settings as the previous ones.
Wait for all those new accounts to be fully imported in Missive. You can contact us so we can check on our side to ensure that this process is completed.
Only when step 3 above is completed, you can remove the other user from your Missive organization.
