How to delete an email account?
To remove an email account follow those steps:
- Click your name in the left sidebar, then click Accounts.
- Select the account(s) you want to delete, scroll down and click the Delete button.
The deletion process may take a little while depending on how many emails were imported from the account(s) in question.
Note that when you remove an email account from Missive, your emails are not erased from your actual email server. All Missive does is disconnect your email account and its related content from the Missive platform. You can still access all your emails directly from your email provider's server.
However, note that any chat comments made in Missive or organization labels created in Missive will not be accessible.
