How can I merge two conversations into a single one?
Option A:
- Right-click a message and click Copy link.
- Right-click another message and click Merge copied conversation.
- Confirm the action by clicking Merge.
Option B:
- Drag and drop a conversation onto another.
- Confirm the action by clicking Merge.
Option C:
- Select all the conversations you want to merge.
- Click the Merge X conversations button.
- Confirm the action by clicking Merge.
Option D:
- In the right sidebar, in the Latest conversations section, drag & drop the conversation preview onto another.
- Confirm the action by clicking Merge.
Option E:
- Create a rule that will merge messages into a predefined conversation using the Merge conversation action.
