How many personal accounts can I import?
All paid plans include 10 personal accounts (email, SMS, Messenger, etc). The Free plan allows 2 personal accounts.
Can I add more than 10?
You can still add more than 10 accounts, but they must be added as shared accounts and will be billed according to our pricing.
There is a way to make these shared accounts personal to you, the solution is to connect your new accounts as team inboxes instead. Under Settings > Teams, you can create a team that contains only you, and when connecting a new account, you select the Team Inbox option and pick that team.
