How many personal accounts can I import?
All paid plans include 10 personal email, Facebook and Twilio (SMS) accounts. The Free plan allows 2 personal accounts.
Can I add more than 10?
You can still add more than 10 accounts, but they will need to be added as shared accounts and will be billed according to our pricing.
There is a way to make these shared accounts personal to you, the solution is to connect your new accounts as team inboxes instead. In your Settings > Teams settings, you can create a team that contains only you, and when connecting a new account, you select the Team Inbox option and pick that team.
