Do you support Office 365 shared mailbox account?
Yes, when adding the email account:
- Open your Accounts settings, click Add account, select Office 365.
- Enter the shared mailbox email address.
- Then, in the Microsoft connection popup, select an Office 365 account that has access to that shared mailbox.
