How can I silence notifications for a specific email account?
If you want to disable notifications of a specific team inbox you are part of, then the best way is to open your Organizations > Teams settings and click Edit then change yourself from an Active member to an Observer in that team. If you aren’t an admin in your organization, an admin can do so for you.
If you want to disable notifications for one of your personal email accounts, this can be done by creating a personal rule that triggers the Silence notifications action. See this example, where emails sent to a specific Email account are set to silence mobile notifications:
