Why can I change the title of an email thread? Is this change internal only?

Imagine a scenario like this one:

A really important customer initiated an email thread for an important project that will span a year of email exchanges, with the subject: "We're Back!".

Now, all your team, for a year, will always see this "We're Back!" email conversation in their inbox. The subject is not very useful. In Missive, you can change it to something more relevant, like "Project ACME Inc."

This change is only internal, so when you send emails to your customer, they will still see "Re: We're back" in the subject line.

Doing this will help ensure that your team can easily identify the conversation in their inboxes, and that the important project will remain organized throughout the year-long email exchange.
