Do I need to pay for multiple organizations?

Pricing is per organization, but you may not need multiple organizations. Missive also has the concept of Teams within an organization. You should first read the differences between Organizations and Teams.

Simply put, organizations are siloed; this means a conversation can only be shared with members of a single organization. This is useful for owners of multiple companies who don’t need to share information across them (a Missive user can still be part of multiple organizations at once though).

On the other hand, teams are great for “business units” within a parent company, where it is common to share information and ask for input from another business unit.

If you have a use case for multiple organizations, each with different employees, and you want all employees to have unlimited history and be able to use extra features, then you would have to subscribe multiple organizations to a paid plan.
