Dialpad Integration

The Dialpad integration will let your team collaborate on your business text messages (SMS) using the best-shared inbox on the market! No more customer text messages not being replied to on time! Plus, you will be able to make and receive calls right in the context of your Inbox with the Dialpad CTI (Phone).

How to install the CTI (Phone)

To install the CTI, open your settings, click Integrations > Add integration > Dialpad then follow the instructions.

How to configure the SMS inbox and call logs

To configure the Dialpad SMS inbox and Dialpad call logs, open your settings, Accounts > Add account > Dialpad then follow the instructions.


To delete the Dialpad integration, open your settings, click Integrations, select the Dialpad integration and click the Delete button.

To delete the Dialpad account, open your settings, click Accounts, select the Dialpad account and click the Delete button.
