Accessing Quick Actions

From Settings > Preferences > Appearance, you can enable quick actions for both the Message block and the Draft block.

Doing so enable you to adds or remove UI shortcuts that make AI actions accessible when viewing incoming messages or when composing a reply in a draft.

This is especially useful if your organization shares many prompts since you may not need all of them as shortcuts. These settings allow you to display only the quick actions that are relevant to your workflow.
