Block senders
In Missive, you can block senders and exclude them from the search results.
To do it:
- Create a contact book, share it with your team, and select “Exclude contacts from the search”
- Create both a personal and an organization rule to mark as spam any sender in the Spam contact book
- From now on, add a sender to the Spam contact book to block them forever
