Share links to labels and mailboxes in comments
You can now copy a shareable link to any label or mailbox and paste it into a comment. The link renders inline as a clickable token using the label or mailbox’s display name, so teammates can jump to the right view without needing directions. This helps when:

• Pointing a colleague to the exact label where a customer thread lives
• Linking to a team inbox in a handoff note

Inline signature switcher in the composer
A new "Signature" button now appears in the top-right corner of the signature area when you hover over it or place your cursor inside. Choose a different signature without changing the From address. A dashed outline around the signature also makes it clear when you're editing that area, helping prevent accidental changes.

Update conversations through the API without posting a comment
A new endpoint on the public REST API lets you close, reopen, assign, label, recolor, rename, or move conversations without creating a post in the thread. Useful when you want to automate housekeeping from your own tools, sync state from a CRM, or trigger label-change rules from a script, all without cluttering the conversation with system comments.

• The Tasks calendar overlay now only shows tasks assigned to you, matching the task list view instead of every task you can access.
• Drag and drop on iPad with a connected mouse now works the same as on desktop, while touch gestures keep their default scroll and swipe behavior.
• Calendar sync now only fetches events from the calendars you have visible, cutting unnecessary requests when you've hidden calendars from view.

• Switching the From alias on a forward no longer repopulates the empty To field with the original message's recipients.
• Drag and drop of file attachments into the composer now works when the cursor is over an HTML signature with a table.
• Calendar reminders no longer fire for events you've declined.
• A phantom unread badge on the mobile menu and dock could stick around with no clearable source if you'd hidden calendar reminders from the Activity feed. The badge now matches what's actually visible.
• The new conversation title field no longer loses focus right after the conversation is created.
• The contact editor now warns about unsaved changes when you click outside it or switch to another contact book.
• Switching an account's sharing between organizations no longer requires making it private first.
• AI-generated drafts now properly collapse the quoted reply, so you don't have to scroll past it to reach the edit or send button on mobile.
• The calendar color picker no longer crashes when opened on a calendar you don't manage; it's now disabled with a clear indicator.
• Pressing Escape on an unsaved rule then Enter now confirms the cancel action, matching the keyboard behavior of other dialogs.
• AI prompts run on text selected inside a quoted reply now receive the actual selected text instead of coming back empty.
• Copying from a context menu in Firefox and Safari no longer writes to the clipboard twice or surfaces a spurious error.
• Typing inside a signature with a table layout no longer causes the cursor to jump.
