Draggable dialogs
No more closing a dialog just to check something behind it! Your draft, event, task and more can now be dragged and moved anywhere in the window. On mobile, dock them to keep the conversation visible underneath.

Collapsible left sidebar
Smaller screen users, this one's for you. Collapse the sidebar to give your inbox and conversations more room. Hover the window edge to peek at it, or click to pin it open. The collapse button shows your unread count so you never lose track of your inbox.

Filter tasks in your calendar
Use the calendar filter menu to switch between your tasks or all tasks.‍

Share any task or subtask via link
Right-click any task or subtask to copy a direct link and share it with a teammate.

Cleaner tables in Ask AI results
Tables generated by Ask AI now look polished. The styling also holds up when you insert the result into a draft sent through Gmail or other providers.

Unstar conversations in one click
Click the star icon directly on a conversation preview to unstar it. No need to open the conversation first.

• Searching inside a per-account Inbox now correctly limits results to that account, consistent with how Sent, Trash, and Starred already worked.
• Muted conversations no longer trigger notifications for task assignments or mentions. Check the Activity feed if you want to catch up later.
• Undoing "Archive from team inbox" no longer moves the conversation into your personal Inbox when it was only in the team inbox to begin with.
• Selecting "Search in label" from the Command Bar now keeps your query intact, so you don't have to retype it.
• Typing an emoji shortcut after an unfinished @mention or #label no longer gets stuck in mention-completion mode.
• The archive confirmation dialog now follows your preference in filtered mailboxes and mailboxes with organization labels, instead of always appearing.
• The signature switcher no longer drifts when you scroll or resize a draft. It also no longer shows a hover area for users who have never set up a signature.
• Double-tapping a file on mobile opens it. Long press opens the context menu.
• Copying multiple conversation links and pasting them into another app on iOS no longer inserts encoded spaces between URLs.
