Send and receive SMS from any conversation, with your Quo number built right into Missive.
Connect a Quo number (formerly OpenPhone) to send and receive SMS right inside Missive, alongside your email and other channels. Handle texts in the same place your team already works, so nothing slips through the cracks.
What you can do:
- Text a customer back from the same conversation view you use for email
- Route incoming SMS to a team so the right person can pick it up
- Collaborate on a reply with comments before sending
- Merge SMS, email, and other channels into one relevant thread
Getting started:
- Go to Settings > Accounts
- Press Add account
- Open the Others tab and select Quo
- Enter your Quo API key and phone number
- Click Add account to start sending and receiving SMS
Good to know:
Quo supports incoming MMS, but it can't send media, so attachments aren't supported on outgoing messages.
Missive will flag this while you're composing, before you send, so nothing fails after the fact.
