At Morning, the workday starts with fresh coffee, comfy couches, and zero confusion about who’s answering that client email.

With over 50 coworking spaces in Paris and 15,000 daily guests, Morning’s goal is to make sure each client has a smooth, productive, and (ideally) cheerful day. That means the Morning Managers—those who run each location—need to be in sync, efficient, and ready to tackle any client request that pops into their inbox.

Our job is to make sure everything runs so well, people forget they’re at work.

The problem: Chaos in the inbox, confusion in the team

Before Missive, that meant relying on standard email inboxes. Messages were forwarded, lost, or replied to twice. Teams spent too much time figuring out who was handling what—and not enough time actually helping clients.

Morning needed a way to centralize communication, clarify ownership, and make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.

Enter Missive: one inbox, multiple managers, zero confusion

Missive gave Morning’s team exactly what they were missing: one shared place to manage all external communication, with powerful tools to collaborate behind the scenes.

Each space’s team now works out of a shared inbox, using email assignment to clearly divvy up responsibilities. Internal chat threads allow them to coordinate on messages before hitting “send,” so everyone stays aligned—without clogging up Slack or jumping between tools.

Missive also handles automated email assignment, giving teams a head start on triaging requests the moment they come in.

What started with one coworking team quickly spread to the others in the network. Morning now uses Missive across multiple coworking locations.
