To use the Anthropic integration in Missive, you need an Anthropic Console account with API access and billing enabled. A Claude.ai subscription won't work with Missive.
You can find their pricing information here. Usage is billed per token, and for most teams the cost is minimal.
Only organization admins can add or manage AI providers. The integration is linked to your organization, not to an individual user. Once added, admins choose who can use it: the entire organization, a specific team, a few users, or a single user. Access can be adjusted at any time from Settings > AI.
