Give your AI assistant access to your own tools and internal systems, directly from Missive.

Not every tool has a built-in MCP integration. With custom MCP, you can connect any MCP-compatible server to Missive's AI assistant and let AI interact with your internal systems, proprietary data, or homegrown tools.

What you can do:

• Give your Missive AI assistant access to internal APIs, databases, or custom tooling
• Build context-aware workflows tailored to your team's stack
• Extend capabilities beyond Missive's built-in MCP integrations

Getting started:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Press Add integration
3. Add "Custom MCP" and enter a name and your server URL
4. Choose an authentication method (none, bearer token, or OAuth 2.0, with custom scopes if your provider needs them) and click Add

Note: Setting up a custom MCP integration requires basic technical knowledge.
